DETAILS / THE NEIGHBORHOOD

New homes had carports only, enhancing the open and floating
feeling of the structure.

All models came with a kitchen island on hairpin
legs with peg board slider doors and an upper cabinet.

Upper kitchen cabinets on facing wall.

Window bank in bedroom asymmetrically butted against
the joining wall with clerestory glass meeting the tongue and
groove ceiling. This thoughful use of glass or negative space
as an aesthetic component of the architecture is an important
element of interest in these modern homes.

Original fireplaces. Two of the three options.

Divider wall runs through both sides of glass further
blurring t
he line between indoors and out.

One of several decorative block patterns used to create
screen walls on many of these homes.
